WHERE CAN I PURCHASE ARC SKIN CARE PRODUCTS?
ARC products are only sold in professional skin care providers and spas. We can help you find a retailer near you or direct you to one of our many online retailers.
HOW DO I CHOOSE PRODUCTS THAT ARE RIGHT FOR MY SKIN?
If you need assistance finding the right products for your skin type, we encourage you to call or email us, or consult with your registered ARC skin care professional.
CREATING AN ACCOUNT / ONLINE ORDERING
Online ordering is reserved for skin care professionals.
I'M A PROFESSIONAL, WHY CAN'T I LOGIN?
All online accounts are approved by an administrator. If you receive a message that your email is not valid, (1) try to reset your password by selecting the "Forgot your password?" link. If a reset does not get you access, (2) select the "Create an Account" option or contact your Account Manager for online access.
ORDERS & RETURNS
WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER AND HOW CAN I TRACK IT?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. Please check your email for shipping and order confirmation. Your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you after your order has shipped. You may also sign in to to view order status and history.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns are accepted on unused products within 30 days of the purchase date. A 20% restocking fee will apply. If products are damaged or missing from your order, a claim must be reported within 48 hours of shipping. Returns are credited to your account. No refunds are offered.
We cannot accept returns on used products except in the event a skin reaction or irritation occurs. If a client returns a product to you because of a skin reaction, we will gladly credit the original purchase price of the product to your account.
We cannot accept returns from products that were purchased from other retailers. Please contact the store directly.
Shipping and handling charges are not refunded or credited.
Should you need to return a product, contact your Account Manager or email Sales@ARCSkinCare.com with the order number, name, address, phone number and reason for the return. We do not pay or reimburse shipping costs on return items.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING ORDERS
Once an order is placed online or by phone, there is usually a small timeframe where we can access your order to cancel it or add/remove items. Please call 1 (210) 822-1988 so we can help you with any possible changes.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?
If you received a defective or damaged product, we will be happy to credit your account for the damaged product(s). Call 1 (210) 822-1988 to report any product damages.
