WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Most orders process and ship within 1-3 business days, although there may be delays due to order volume or inventory. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. 

  • US Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after shipment
  • US Express Delivery: Overnight or 2 business day delivery options available (Overnight shipping is 1 business day delivery)*

All rush orders must be placed by 10:00 am CST for same business day shipping. If an order is placed after this time on a Friday, it will not ship until Monday. This service does not include Saturday, Sunday, or holiday shipping or delivery. Not available to P.O Boxes, APO, FPO or DPO. Rush delivery is normally sent through UPS, depending on location.

WHAT CARRIER WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?

  • Advanced Rejuvenating Concepts ships via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service for all standard deliveries.
  • We are unable to select the carrier for an order due to automated order processing.
  • Orders sent to a PO Box, APO, FPO and DPO will be shipped through the Postal Service.
  • Tracking and carrier details will appear in your shipment confirmation email, and in your Order History on arcskincare.com, after your order ships.

Can I specify where to leave my package or provide delivery instructions?

  • Delivery locations are selected at the sole discretion of the driver.
  • Once your order ships, you can try reaching out to the carrier with special instructions for delivery if needed.

How much does shipping cost?

Advanced Rejuvenating Concepts offers free shipping on consumer orders over $50 and flat rate shipping of $8 on other consumer orders. For wholesale orders, flat-rate shipping fees range from $9 to $29 depending on package weight. Variable rate shipping is available on wholesale orders processed via phone or email. 2-Day and Next Day shipping rates are determined by carrier prices. Please contact us for more details on expedited shipping rates. 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER IF IT'S PENDING, OR ONCE IT'S SUBMITTED?

Reviewing your order in the Shopping Bag carefully prior to checkout is highly recommended. Our online orders process immediately to ensure our clients receive their products as soon as possible. 

If the address on your order is incorrect, we advise you to reroute the package through the carrier's tracking page once shipped. Please note: reroute options are only available online, and are not available by calling the shipping company directly.

If the order is shipped via US Mail and a mail forwarding request is in place, more than likely you will still receive your order, although it may be a bit later than the 5-working day timeframe we allow for delivery. We recommend checking your tracking information received in your shipment confirmation email daily to see the delivery’s progress. If you do not have an address forward in place, there is an option on the USPS tracking page to update the address information called USPS Package Intercept. You can create a USPS account and update your address after the package leaves our warehouse (normally within 24-48 hours after the shipping email is received.)

If shipped via UPS, there is an option on your UPS tracking page to update the address information called UPS My Choice. You can create a UPS account and update your address.

MY ORDER SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED, BUT I CAN'T FIND IT!

Most missing packages will usually show up within 5-7 business days. If tracking shows delivered, and you have not received your order for any reason, our policy is to wait at least 3 more business days before taking further steps for assistance. If it does not arrive after that time has elapsed, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service department via phone, email, or chat within 30 days of placing your order to submit a request.

If a chargeback and/or dispute is filed for a lost order, the shopping account is subject to closure.
