Returns & Exchanges

ARCSkinCare.com purchases can be returned for free at one of our San Antonio locations or by mail if you use a pre-paid return label from us. Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. We will provide a pre-paid return label to cover any shipping costs if the return was our error (incorrect item shipped or defective item).

When you return your purchase to Advanced Rejuvenating Concepts by mail within 30 days, we will refund your credit card for the purchase, less shipping. Items more than 30 days after the original purchase date may not be returned. After 30 days, returns are not accepted or refunded. Items shipped outside of this date may not be returned to you.

Advanced Rejuvenating Concepts may offer exchanges via mail, depending on circumstances. 

Products sold at authorized retailers are to be returned at the retailer. 

Wholesale accounts may receive credit for returns made by their customers if the product is defective or the customer experienced an adverse reaction from the product.

Please call (210) 822-1988 or email sales@arcskincare.com and request a Return Form. All contact information must be completed so that we may reach you if necessary. Once the form is returned to customer service, a prepaid postage return label will be sent to you via email.

Package your item in the original packaging (if available), or pack your return in a well-padded box or envelope to ensure its safe return and prevent damage. Mail your return via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Postal Service (UPS) using the prepaid return label provided.

Visit any store within 30 days to to return an item purchased at arcskincare.com and present your Order Summary that was emailed to you.
